Dienstmappe: Site Photo Log

No work phone? No problem. Dienstmappe keeps your work photos apart from your private ones – on the iPhone you already have. Shoot with the app's own camera and every picture lands straight in the right project, never in your Photos library. • Capture – the in-app camera saves directly to the chosen project • Tag the step – before, progress, defect, completion, plus a one-line note • Read it as a timeline – every project sorted by day • Share a report – one tap creates a clean PDF with photos, times and notes SIGN-OFF ON SITE OR REMOTELY The client signs right on your device – or you send the report as a PDF with fill-in fields. They sign it in any PDF app, note defects or reservations and send it back; Dienstmappe recognises it and marks the project as signed off. DOCUMENTS IN THE SAME PROJECT Scan quotes, measurements and invoices or share them from Mail – type, date and amount are recognised on the device. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICE No access to your photo library, no account, no server, no tracking. Protected by Face ID or Touch ID. Available in English, German, French, Italian, Dutch and Polish.
