OneTapReminder Voice Reminders

Hold the microphone, speak, and release. OneTapReminder turns your recording into text, then lets you choose a reminder time or save it as a voice note. Prefer typing? Create a text reminder instead. REMINDERS THAT KEEP YOUR VOICE • Hold to record, or tap for hands-free recording. • Choose a reminder time while transcription finishes. • Get a notification at your chosen time, or choose how early to be alerted. • Tap the notification to open the original recording and its transcript. ON-DEVICE SPEECH RECOGNITION Download a speech model once, then transcribe without an internet connection. Recordings, transcripts, and reminders are stored on your iPhone. No app account is required. YOUR CALENDAR AT A GLANCE Browse a month calendar or open a day's timeline. Swipe between days, pinch to zoom, and hold a reminder to move it. Add the OneTapReminder calendar widget to your Home Screen: medium shows event dots, and large also shows titles. Tap a date to open its timeline. HISTORY, PLAYBACK, AND AUDIO FILES Find recordings with text filters, edit titles and transcripts, and follow the words as audio plays. Share a recording, or keep automatic M4A copies in the Files app. SEVEN APP LANGUAGES Use OneTapReminder in English, Swedish, Vietnamese, Spanish, German, French, or Brazilian Portuguese. Follow your iPhone's language or choose one in Settings. App language and spoken transcription language are separate choices. READ IT YOUR WAY Choose light or dark mode and adjust the app's text size. Short visual guides explain recording, scheduling, widgets, and audio files. OPTIONAL CONNECTIONS Calendar Integration can also save reminders to a writable iCloud, Google, or local device calendar. iPhone reminder alerts still come from OneTapReminder. For cloud transcription, you may choose OpenAI with your own API key. This mode sends recordings to OpenAI after you allow it. OpenAI account setup, internet access, and separate API usage charges may apply. On-device transcription works without this option. BACKUP AND RESTORE Export your history, audio, and settings to a file you control, and import it on another phone. Backups are not encrypted; keep them private. No ads, no tracking, and no app subscription. Offline voice transcription needs a one-time model download. Notification delivery follows your iPhone notification and Focus settings.
