Only This

Most task apps show you everything at once: every project, every deadline, every unfinished thing, all competing for your attention before you've even started. For some people, that can be stressful. For an easily distracted mind, it can be paralyzing. Only This does the opposite. It shows you one task. The one you should be working on right now. YOUR NEXT STEP
Add your tasks, and Only This shows you just one. Full screen, nothing else competing for attention. Finish it, and the next one appears on its own. SKIP IT, OR GO BACK
Not the right moment for this one? Skip it for now and it comes back around later. Changed your mind about something you already finished? Go back a step, as many times as you need. SEE EVERYTHING, WHEN YOU WANT TO
Open All Steps anytime for the full picture. Reorder your list, jump straight to any task, or paste in a whole list at once, your own or one made with the help of AI. Shuffle the order if a routine chore needs to feel a little less routine. WORKS WITH REMINDERS
Link a project to a Reminders list and the two stay in sync in both directions. Ask Siri to add a step by name, and it shows up in Only This on its own. MADE FOR IPHONE, IPAD, AND MAC
Your projects sync through iCloud, so it's the same list wherever you pick it up. BUILT FOR EVERYONE
Only This works fully with VoiceOver, because a calmer task list shouldn't be for sighted users only. ONE PURCHASE No subscription, no ads, no account required. Because staying focused shouldn't mean being nickel and dimed. ONLY THIS A quieter way to get one thing done. And then the next.
